Our language is clear.

 Genesis  11:6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.


The past few days in Nigeria have witnessed a surging unity like never before amongst the citizens of the country. Everyone, both young and old, male and female have arisen with one voice to challenge the voice of oppression, hence increasing the voice of equality and equity in the charge to establish an egalitarian society void of fears. God Himself has described such acts like this in scriptures, for example, the scripture above is such where the people had a unity to achieve something, though their aim & vision was not a laudable one so God had to confuse their language so they don't understand one another anymore, hence creating a disunity amongst them. But in other times, the unity of people have never been tampered with when it was towards a good cause.

The protests in the past days have definitely been towards a good cause, and to be honest, it feels sordid that we had to wait this long to voice our grievances, but now we have, and we must maintain our unity in passing our message, we must not allow our language be tampered with or influenced by selfish desires, our language is clear #EndSARS, #EndSWAT, #EndPolicebrutality ,#EndBadGovernance, #EndCorruptPractices. This is our message, this is our language. In our unity, we will and we have prevailed. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria🇳🇬, God bless Nigerians.🇳🇬

Jesus, while speaking to listeners in John 6 talked of them eating his flesh and drinking his blood and how this would forever quench their hunger and thirst. Most of the people who heard this couldn't receive it, it seemed as if Jesus was trying to initiate them into some cult where they'd all be required to be cannibals. Yet Jesus, unapologetic as He always was didn't even try to break it down to their understanding, instead He said "those who hear and learn from my Father come to me". On that day some of His disciples left Him, citing how His teaching and doctrine was too controversial and hard to take. Howbeit none from the popular 12 left. Fast forward to 1Corinthians11:24 and Paul is reiterating the events of the Jesus' last supper with His disciples as He received it from God.
