#WeneedAGovernmentRevolution

Psalms  82:2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.

82:3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.

82:4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.

82:5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

82:6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

82:7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

The recent days in Nigeria have been characterized by agitations and displeasure of all towards the heinous acts of the Police with the SARS(Special Anti-Robbery Squad) in focus. Well, God always has a a say in the affairs of men, and the scriptures above is one of such. God has always shown His intense displeasure for the maltreating of the poor, the helpless. Over time in Nigeria almost everyone who has had an ordeal with the Nigerian Police Force has been somewhat labelled 'helpless' due to the unjust brutality meted on the citizens without having a mode of fighting back. When officers of the law oppress the citizens, there really is no other law to help the citizens unless God, the Sovereign steps in and fights for them. Over time this has lingered until the audacity of Nigerians now spurred by the inability to endure anymore, hence this protests have created a massive movement. But, may I add to this, I feel we need more than a Police reform, I feel we need a Government revolution, the arms of Government for a very long time have been dormant of their intended reason for creation. Government officials have over time allowed selfishness and corruption litter the beautiful roads of justice. If we must #EndSars we must also #HaveAGovernmentRevolution. President Buhari isn't the problem, the whole system He is surrounded with is the problem. We are creation of God, we should not live and die like chickens. We should have a total Government revolution. Do have a nice day.

Apostle Peter- Running 1

A blend of Bible stories, revelations and fiction (literature license) about Peter's life and somewhat complex choices and decisions. Sit back, relax, cappuccino and enjoy! And Peter was running again, away from the persecution that had once again broken out against the Church. Jesus had been long gone. He missed Him. He still had nostalgia and goose bumps whenever he remembered just how divine Jesus was. He had seen Jesus do a lot of amazing miracles but none quite like the last one- he and his other folks, some 50 of them watched as Jesus levitated into the heavens until no physical eyes could see him again. He said He was going to heaven and of course that was true- Peter knew now by deep conviction that he'd walked with God Himself. And for some reason he thought himself a friend of God. He knew he was going to see Jesus again sometime soon. There was no debate in his heart about this. He loved Jesus or perhaps God- they were one and the same persons to him now. He ...

The Noble

Who is a noble person? Through Scripture references and inferences we'll embark on a journey that seeks to define and show us who God deems to be a noble person and why being one is an absolute no brainer, especially in this present noble-starved age. Pls note- the opinions presented in this article are derivations from the Scriptures and not a carnal fabrication or mere mental or cultural estimation of the author. You can look em up yourself to confirm the assertions and/or suggestions. The term noble/nobleman appears 40 times in the King James version of the Bible but it was first used in Exodus24:11 to describe certain "elders" who were to work alongside Moses in leading, guiding and directing the people of Israel according to the desires of God. Point to note is they were "leaders" and men of high repute often in the classification of princes and rulers over other people. So, if you're over anyone in leadership you're actually a noble save t...

Going on to know Him

People easily judge other people when they don't know them. We all may be guilty of this. A Lotta times, we stereotype people by how they look, their dressing and outward mannerisms ever before we hear them speak. I have been shocked many times of how guilty I've been with this. The most recent of such a person I nearly badly stereotyped turned out to be such an incredible person, so different and special in her way and she helped me in many beautiful ways such that we became pretty cool friends in the space of just a few months but this was the same lady I almost thought was way away from my type of friends. We've all made such mistakes so don't look at me that wayπŸ˜ΆπŸ˜‡. When we were done with the project that brought us together, I offered to take us to an icecream spot- it would probably be the last time we were seeing so it was my way of saying "thanks". There I told her how I had felt about her when I first saw her and she was somewhat unsurprised and sa...
