1 Timothy  6:6 "But godliness with contentment is great gain."

6:7 "For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out."

Have you ever taken ample time to study THE LIFESTYLE of Jesus Christ?. I believe He is the perfect model and standard of a life worth living. He never placed so much interest in material gains, as a matter of fact, He once said "the life of a man doesn't consist of the abundance of things he possesses". However, we live in a generation where even most people who believe in Him are so carried away with flashy things. Many, even go as far as saying , " He was poor so I could be rich, so Jesus lived a poor life, so I should be rich", of course that's not the real meaning of "He was poor so you should be rich". Jesus wasn't poor, He only became " spiritually poor ON THE CROSS" for the world's sake. But He wasn't financially or materially poor, nevertheless He never placed emphasis on material things. We live in a generation where respect and value are equated to material possession, youths are heads over heels in trying to amass wealth. Money isn't evil, but the love of it is, do not spend your energy chasing money as a 'do or die' affair. The recently arrested Hushpuppi whose been a certain figure most youths had tried emulating shows there really is dignity in good labour. Invest in yourself, exchange value for resources, and you'd find yourself in a world of contentment and great gain. A huge charge to the Youths out there!. Do have an awesome weekend ahead

Proverbs  16:3 Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established. Most people tell others about their plans first even before they remember to tell God". It's so true, I've found out most times people have opinions, but God never has an opinion, God has direction. People have opinions, God has direction. While speaking with a friend yesterday, she recalled how some people had tried to talk her down/out from doing something, and I felt well, people always have opinions, and like David Ologbonori, a life-coach posited, " Opinions are cheap, they are everywhere, and they can be wrong". While I thought about the fact that sometimes people tell others about their plans before God, I thought to myself "why should a man inform others about what he wants to do even before the waymaker Himself?"😏. This doesn't mean you can't talk to "destiny-helpers", or " dreams investors ", but it has to do with who you give p...

Taking the Virtual edge

Psalms  133:1 "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!" 133:2 "It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;" The beauty of Christianity is in fellowship. Well, due to certain 'developments' around the globe, there's been restrictions on public gatherings, however, this should never put an embargo on fellowshipping with one another as Christians. I've often thought to myself, the internet came at the very right time, the internet is for the advantage of believers. Now, with the internet, we can reach much more people with the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. Some people, otherwise who wouldn't have come to Church physically might most definitely stumble on a Christian event online and then believe in Jesus. I heard of a lady who didn't go to Church because she was of a different religion and being afr...
