You can't please all men

Matthew  11:16 "But whereunto shall I liken this generation? It is like unto children sitting in the markets, and calling unto their fellows,"

11:17 "And saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; we have mourned unto you, and ye have not lamented."

One vital thing to know about life is, You cannot please everybody. It's such a 'painful' truth. From the inception of creation, its never been recorded of a man who pleased all men, and most likely would not be recorded of any anytime soon. The scripture above further illustrates this as Jesus talks about the generation He termed as being "unsatisfied", in reading the next verse after verse 17, you'd find Jesus saying John the Baptist fasted, the people complained, He(Jesus) came eating and drinking, the people complained, so he made a figurative by saying " we have piped unto you, ye have not danced, we have mourned unto you, ye have not lamented". People generally always have something to say. Your actions or inactions would always be met with opinions. I love what life-coach David Ologbonori says about opinions, He says "...they are everywhere and they can be wrong".  One thing you should always look out for is to do things that please God and please you. Never do any thing with the aim of pleasing men. You can never please all men. You can never be in the good books of all men. Once your actions are an impact to God and humanity, you are doing well. Do not seek the good books of men, seek the good books of God. Whatever idea you have to start but you've delayed because of what people would say, you should ignore such concerns and get launching that idea. A poor man is discussed. A rich man is discussed. Make that move today. Do have a great one ahead.πŸ˜€

Proverbs  16:3 Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established. Most people tell others about their plans first even before they remember to tell God". It's so true, I've found out most times people have opinions, but God never has an opinion, God has direction. People have opinions, God has direction. While speaking with a friend yesterday, she recalled how some people had tried to talk her down/out from doing something, and I felt well, people always have opinions, and like David Ologbonori, a life-coach posited, " Opinions are cheap, they are everywhere, and they can be wrong". While I thought about the fact that sometimes people tell others about their plans before God, I thought to myself "why should a man inform others about what he wants to do even before the waymaker Himself?"😏. This doesn't mean you can't talk to "destiny-helpers", or " dreams investors ", but it has to do with who you give p...

Just a few words... James 3:2-3(Amplified translation) For we all often stumble and fall and offend in many things. And if anyone does not offend in speech [never says the wrong things], he is a fully developed character and a perfect man, able to control his whole body and to curb his entire nature. If we set bits in the horses' mouths to make them obey us, we can turn their whole bodies about. We must never disesteem the power of words, we can steer our lives (our entire course of existence) in the direction we choose with our words. The Scripture above claims that if (and it's possible) we can master our tongue (master words), then we are a perfect and fully developed spiritual entity able to determine the circumstances and results of our being. Mehn! Use words rightly on yourself and others and watch your life beam with incredible supernatural radiance. You can proclaim the words below: I live a supernatural life everyday I am in the class of almighty G...

Taking the Virtual edge

Psalms  133:1 "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!" 133:2 "It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;" The beauty of Christianity is in fellowship. Well, due to certain 'developments' around the globe, there's been restrictions on public gatherings, however, this should never put an embargo on fellowshipping with one another as Christians. I've often thought to myself, the internet came at the very right time, the internet is for the advantage of believers. Now, with the internet, we can reach much more people with the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. Some people, otherwise who wouldn't have come to Church physically might most definitely stumble on a Christian event online and then believe in Jesus. I heard of a lady who didn't go to Church because she was of a different religion and being afr...
