1 Timothy  6:6 "But godliness with contentment is great gain."

6:7 "For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out."

Have you ever taken ample time to study THE LIFESTYLE of Jesus Christ?. I believe He is the perfect model and standard of a life worth living. He never placed so much interest in material gains, as a matter of fact, He once said "the life of a man doesn't consist of the abundance of things he possesses". However, we live in a generation where even most people who believe in Him are so carried away with flashy things. Many, even go as far as saying , " He was poor so I could be rich, so Jesus lived a poor life, so I should be rich", of course that's not the real meaning of "He was poor so you should be rich". Jesus wasn't poor, He only became " spiritually poor ON THE CROSS" for the world's sake. But He wasn't financially or materially poor, nevertheless He never placed emphasis on material things. We live in a generation where respect and value are equated to material possession, youths are heads over heels in trying to amass wealth. Money isn't evil, but the love of it is, do not spend your energy chasing money as a 'do or die' affair. Invest in yourself, exchange value for resources, and you'd find yourself in a world of contentment and great gain. A huge charge to every youth out there!. Do have a great day.

Proverbs  16:3 Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established. Most people tell others about their plans first even before they remember to tell God". It's so true, I've found out most times people have opinions, but God never has an opinion, God has direction. People have opinions, God has direction. While speaking with a friend yesterday, she recalled how some people had tried to talk her down/out from doing something, and I felt well, people always have opinions, and like David Ologbonori, a life-coach posited, " Opinions are cheap, they are everywhere, and they can be wrong". While I thought about the fact that sometimes people tell others about their plans before God, I thought to myself "why should a man inform others about what he wants to do even before the waymaker Himself?"😏. This doesn't mean you can't talk to "destiny-helpers", or " dreams investors ", but it has to do with who you give p...

The Noble

Who is a noble person? Through Scripture references and inferences we'll embark on a journey that seeks to define and show us who God deems to be a noble person and why being one is an absolute no brainer, especially in this present noble-starved age. Pls note- the opinions presented in this article are derivations from the Scriptures and not a carnal fabrication or mere mental or cultural estimation of the author. You can look em up yourself to confirm the assertions and/or suggestions. The term noble/nobleman appears 40 times in the King James version of the Bible but it was first used in Exodus24:11 to describe certain "elders" who were to work alongside Moses in leading, guiding and directing the people of Israel according to the desires of God. Point to note is they were "leaders" and men of high repute often in the classification of princes and rulers over other people. So, if you're over anyone in leadership you're actually a noble save t...

Peace, Soundness of Mind

2 Timothy  1:7 "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. " I'm a firm believer that one of the most vital if not the most vital aspect of the human health is the mental health. Its so important to have a mind that's put together. A lot of times, there are challenges that come our way which test our mental capacity and strength, some times they are quite overwhelming, making it seem like we just need to go somewhere solitary to have a "cool off", however the scriptures promises something quite lovely. God says to those who accept Him in their lives, He has given "... a sound mind" , the phrase "sound mind" is translated from the Greek word "Sophronismos", which means " a mental state well balanced with accurate judgement". This is the kind of mind you have in Christ. A mind configured to make accurate and sound judgement, a mind that's in the rest of God. Most i...
