Silence is golden!

Proverbs  17:28 Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.

Silence, sometimes is wisdom. Not every situation needs an oral response. There are battles or contentions won with silence. When I was younger, I always responded to every situation orally, but as I grew up, and understood the dimensions of wisdom , I recognized not all situations needed an oral response. I remember a particular incidence while younger, there was an altercation between someone and I, I  gave him a "piece of my mind", I really replied his taunts with words, harsh words. Now, many years later, I look back, and I'm so furious I had to even reply, silence in such situation was the winning edge. Sometimes, you win a tussle with silence. Silence isn't necessarily stupidity, it is golden, it is wise. Not all situations require words from you. Do have a great weekend ahead.

While I thought about the fact that sometimes people tell others about their plans before God, I thought to myself "why should a man inform others about what he wants to do even before the waymaker Himself?"😏. This doesn't mean you can't talk to "destiny-helpers", or " dreams investors ", but it has to do with who you give p...
