Thanksgiving: Password to More

 Mark  8:6  And he commanded the people to sit down on the ground: and he took the seven loaves, and gave thanks, and brake, and gave to his disciples to set before them; and they did set them before the people.


Thanksgiving is a channel to abundance. When we give thanks to God of even thank someone who does us a favour, we are positioned to even receive more. There are many instances in scriptures which show the benefits of giving thanks. The scripture above is one of such, Jesus needed to feed a multitude, a numbering of 5000 men, without the women even counted yet, all He had before Him were 5 loaves of bread, and 2 fishes. He then took these and gave thanks, and then the Bible records, the multitude ate, and ate to the full. This is so remarkable! Multiplication comes when Thanksgiving is activated. No matter how the Year has been, when you give thanks, there sure will be a manifold manifestation of something new. Learn to give thanks, learn to appreciate God even for the very little things that sometimes look inconsequential. It was a trying year for the whole universe, however, we can thank God for seeing us through. He's worthy of our thanksgiving. Our promotion is hinged on Thanksgiving. Take out time to give thanks today, and see a multiplication of great tidings for you. Do have a great Sunday ahead.

Just a few words... James 3:2-3(Amplified translation) For we all often stumble and fall and offend in many things. And if anyone does not offend in speech [never says the wrong things], he is a fully developed character and a perfect man, able to control his whole body and to curb his entire nature.
