Word of His Grace!!!

 Acts  20:32 "And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified."


One of my most favourite scriptures is the above quoted. I love it so much because it explains the total package for the Christian. These were Paul's final words by the Spirit before departing Troas where he had preached for 7 days. From this scripture, its clear to know that not every Christian enjoys the inheritance received in Christ Jesus after salvation. He says "the word of his grace which is able to ... and to GIVE YOU AN INHERITANCE...". If every Christian received an inheritance in Christ after Salvation, this scripture shows us that not every Christian enjoys it. For instance, one inheritance in Christ is "wisdom", but not every Christian often time functions in this wisdom, so this scripture tells us why, He says the "word of his grace" is the reason. If you must function in the blessings of Christ, you must talk the Word. Your inheritance in Christ doesn't function outside the word of God that you confess & consciously live in, you must confess the word of God to experience the glorious life in Christ, this was exactly what God was teaching the Israelites in Joshua 1:8. Live a life of faith in the word. Do have a most glorious day ahead.
