Forgive always.

Matthew  6:14  For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

Matthew  6:15  But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Forgiveness is an aspect of the life of every man. Everyone at every point in time would have to forgive someone or be forgiven by someone. However, as easy as it sounds, most people find it hard to come to terms with this. What really is Forgiveness? Forgiveness is "letting someone off a matter" where you were wronged. It really isn't about the person pacifying you, but you "letting the person go" as though the person never offended you in the first place.

There are times people do hurtful and despicable things towards us, and they don't even recognize their wrongs towards us talk less of apologizing, and then this stirs up a well of hatred towards such people. Sometimes, these people recognize these wrongs and for one reason or the other do not just feel any need to apologize, then we get bitter and resentful towards such people, and then we just don't feel like setting our eyes on such folks, but for how long will this go on? Forgiveness often times is about you and not the person who offended you. When you hold on to wrongs suffered, you over time begin to have palpitations of the heart which leads to HBP(High Blood Pressure) and other heart related illnesses. Our scriptural text above talks about forgiving others because God has forgiven us, how true this is! One thing you must consciously make up your mind to is the choice and decision to always forgive people even before they apologize, it's a secret I've held on to for many years. I tell myself, "No, I'm not going to hold anyone in, I forgive him/her", the peace that comes after such statement is unfathomable. God has forgiven the whole world through Christ, and if God is our Father, we also must be like-minded as our Father. God is big enough to forgive the whole world. I am big enough to forgive all offences suffered. Forgive all offences suffered. Happy Boxing Day! Do have a great day ahead.

Apostle Peter- Running 1

A blend of Bible stories, revelations and fiction (literature license) about Peter's life and somewhat complex choices and decisions. Sit back, relax, cappuccino and enjoy! And Peter was running again, away from the persecution that had once again broken out against the Church. Jesus had been long gone. He missed Him. He still had nostalgia and goose bumps whenever he remembered just how divine Jesus was. He had seen Jesus do a lot of amazing miracles but none quite like the last one- he and his other folks, some 50 of them watched as Jesus levitated into the heavens until no physical eyes could see him again. He said He was going to heaven and of course that was true- Peter knew now by deep conviction that he'd walked with God Himself. And for some reason he thought himself a friend of God. He knew he was going to see Jesus again sometime soon. There was no debate in his heart about this. He loved Jesus or perhaps God- they were one and the same persons to him now. He ...

The Noble

Who is a noble person? Through Scripture references and inferences we'll embark on a journey that seeks to define and show us who God deems to be a noble person and why being one is an absolute no brainer, especially in this present noble-starved age. Pls note- the opinions presented in this article are derivations from the Scriptures and not a carnal fabrication or mere mental or cultural estimation of the author. You can look em up yourself to confirm the assertions and/or suggestions. The term noble/nobleman appears 40 times in the King James version of the Bible but it was first used in Exodus24:11 to describe certain "elders" who were to work alongside Moses in leading, guiding and directing the people of Israel according to the desires of God. Point to note is they were "leaders" and men of high repute often in the classification of princes and rulers over other people. So, if you're over anyone in leadership you're actually a noble save t...

Going on to know Him

People easily judge other people when they don't know them. We all may be guilty of this. A Lotta times, we stereotype people by how they look, their dressing and outward mannerisms ever before we hear them speak. I have been shocked many times of how guilty I've been with this. The most recent of such a person I nearly badly stereotyped turned out to be such an incredible person, so different and special in her way and she helped me in many beautiful ways such that we became pretty cool friends in the space of just a few months but this was the same lady I almost thought was way away from my type of friends. We've all made such mistakes so don't look at me that way😶😇. When we were done with the project that brought us together, I offered to take us to an icecream spot- it would probably be the last time we were seeing so it was my way of saying "thanks". There I told her how I had felt about her when I first saw her and she was somewhat unsurprised and sa...
