Look out to impact others

Proverbs  11:24  "There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty."

One basic law in life is you become better in whatever you teach others. Its a fact!...Proven. Then why is it that sometimes, when some people are asked about their success stories, they say "Its God", well, we clearly would not deny God is a very critical factor to success, however God Himself as set up principles for success. For example God has said that, He that would not work, should not eat(2Thess3:10). So a man just attributing his success to God without sharing with others nuggets of his success is doing himself even more harm than good. Well, some people feel their hoarding their knowledge keeps them ahead in that field, which is a great falsehood. Knowledge hoarded without shared leads to depreciation. One secret of those who increase everyday is sharing with others. The scripture above says " there is he that scattereth(shares with others) and yet increaseth..." . You must be well and eager to share your ideas with others. That's a secret to becoming even better in your field. As you grow in your field, you should look out for others to mentor, that's a secret to becoming better in that field. Its gonna be a great day for you friend. Do have a good oneπŸ™‚

Count the Cost

Luke  14:28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? I'd never forget a knowledge I got in my Economics class while I was in my Pre-degree programme in 2013. The lecturer asked "what comes first, consumption or production?", without any hesitation, everyone shouted " Production ". The lecturer looking at us unsatisfied with some subtle grin on his face, asked " why?" , a guy raised his hand confidently, got up and said " because we produce before consumption can take place", the lecturer laughed, and we all for a minute looked bemused with certain indistinct chatters here and there, after some minutes, the lecturer called the young man and asked "so what happens when you produce and there's no one to consume it", and for about some few seconds, there was a seeming silence in the hall, you could hear a pin drop. The loud silence was fol...
